High season: March 1st-April 30th:                     $1300
Winter season: December 14th-March 1st:          $1100 (Excluding SuperBowl 2009 week)
Summer season: May 1st-August 30th:               $975
Value season: September 1st-December 14th:     $895


Holiday weeks/days: 15% higher

Taxes of 12% and a refundable security deposit of $150 are additional to above rates.

Minimum stay in winter season is 7 days. All seasons are Saturday to Saturday arrival/departure.

3 day minimum stays may be available less than 30 days to arrival, a daily rate of $200 plus taxes and           refundable $150 security deposit would apply.
