Castaway cottage is our newest addition to the SunTiki family of vacation cottages. Castaway cottage now available. The cottage is a free standing studio cottage. It features a full kitchen, separate living area, sleeping area and separate enclosed bath. All the quality features you have come to expect from SunTiki Cottage Vacation Rentals are present inside Castaway Cottage. The cottage is a secluded studio cottage with its own private tropical shaded courtyard. All this, and still only one house off the beach!! The cottage is equipped to sleep two adults, one child comfortably. Amenities include two color cable televisions, DVD, central heating and air, free access to the SunTiki WI-FI network, full size washer/dryer in unit, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove and more... For those of you just looking for a small but contemporary cottage with everything you need to make your vacation special , then Castaway cottage is for you. Castaway cottage rates: (weekly)

Summer season: May 1 thru August 30: $525

Value season: Sept. 1 thru December 14: $525

2009 Rates

High season March 1-April 30th $795

Winter season: Dec. 15th-March1 $700

Summer season:May 1-Aug 30 $625

Value season: Sept.1-Dec.14th: $525

Taxes of 12% and a refundable security deposit of $150 are additional to above rates. Minimum stay in high season is 7 days. All seasons run Saturday to Saturday. No cleaning fee.

3 or 5 day stays may be available less than 30 days to arrival, a daily rate of $100 plus taxes and a refundable security deposit of $150. Please email for monthly rates. Holiday weeks are 15% higher, please see policies page for more information.
