Here is your first view of the new SandCastle cottage....actually it is not new, it was built around 1918!! At one time, it was actually a Gulf front cottage.
SandCastle cottagehas been completely renovated and is now ready for occupancy. SO, if your looking for a larger cottage with more space and all the wonderful amenities a SunTiki Cottage offers, look no further. SandCastle cottage will feature 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large open living/dining room and a large eat-in kitchen, private outdoor VitaSpa, 42 inch wallmount LCD color TV in the Living room, 32inch wallmount LCD TV in the Master bedroom and Guest King bedroom, 20 flatscreens w/DVD players in the Queen bedroom and the two twins bedroom ,and parking for 4-5 vehicles. As you can see, we have surrounded the cottage with stately Cuban Royal Palms and tropical Coconut palms.......and will feature beautiful evening illumination....

More photo's will be added as the cottage is furnished......It will feature four bedrooms...two King bedrooms, one (2) twin bedroom, one full size bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. Each bedroom features it's own flat screen LCD. It will also feature a very large and open living/dining room combination with a fireplace(sorry,non working at this time), that has just been furnished with beautiful mint green leather seating and espresso accent talbles. A large 42 inch LCD flat screen will provide great enjoyment as well as the PlayStation 2 video game system with a wide selection of games. The private hot tub spa, washer/dryer are now in place. The cottage will feature a front porch with conversational seating and seating in the backyard as well. The cottage will have it's own side entrance from the beach access so you do not have to walk on Gulf Boulevard to get to or from the beach!! And don't forget, the SunTiki wireless internet is available to all SunTiki guests, no matter which cottage you stay in!
