Rates quoted are weekly AND plus taxes of 12%.  A refundable security deposit of $150-250 per cottage may apply. It is returned provided there is no damage to the cottage or it's contents.  We do not charge for cleaning or have any charges for phone,internet,extra persons.(Not to exceed cottage maximums) If you are booking over a holidayperiod please be advised there is a 10% surcharge during all holiday periods. Please ask at time of reservation.
                                                Minimum stays
In our high season, the minimum stay in any cottage is 7 days.  In all other seasons, 3-5 day stays MAY be available.  We do not rent the cottages for less than 3 days in any season.  Daily rate schedule would apply.
