Rates quoted are weekly AND plus taxes of 12%.  A refundable security deposit of $150-250 per cottage may apply. It is returned provided there is no damage to the cottage or it's contents.  We do not charge for cleaning or have any charges for phone,internet,extra persons.(Not to exceed cottage maximums) If you are booking over a holidayperiod please be advised there is a 10% surcharge during all holiday periods. Please ask at time of reservation.
