Rates quoted are weekly AND plus taxes of 12%. A refundable security deposit of $150-250 per cottage may apply. It is returned provided there is no damage to the cottage or it's contents. We do not charge for cleaning or have any charges for internet,extra persons.(Not to exceed cottage maximums) If you are booking over a holiday period please be advised there is a 10% surcharge during all holiday periods. Please ask at time of reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice, so book early.
Minimum stays
In our high season, the minimum stay in any cottage is 7 days. In all other seasons, 3-5 day stays MAY be available, 30 days or LESS to arrival only. We do not rent the cottages for less than 3 days in any season. Daily rate schedule would apply.

Sunset: $250.00 (Max. # of guests: 6)
Tiki: $200.00 (Max. # of guests: 6)
Castaway: $150.00 (Max. # of guests: 3)
